Alex Mull is the Chief Executive Officer of the Senoia Shoalies, bringing over two decades of experience as an educator, coach, and youth development leader. With a career spanning 20+ years, Alex has dedicated his life to mentoring others through sports, academics, and character-building initiatives. As a teacher, Alex has become known for his commitment to student-athlete development and his ability to inspire both excellence and integrity. His coaching experience spans from varsity-level athletics
to 6-year-olds beginning their sports journey. With an Undergrad in Education, a Master’s in Sports Science, and a Specialist degree in Technology his multidisciplinary academic background empowers him to lead with innovation, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of team dynamics and youth engagement.
JUSTIN "SCOOP" PHARR

With over a decade of coaching experience, Justin “Scoop” Pharr has worked at every level of the game — from youth and middle school to high school and college. His passion for the sport began at a young age and continued through his playing career. He was a four-year starter at Cherokee High School, where he earned All-State and All-American honors in 2007. He went on to play at Young Harris College when it was a junior college, before transferring to Columbus State University, enjoying successful seasons at both institutions.

Now as a coach, he is dedicated to helping young athletes grow and develop, finding fulfillment in guiding the next generation. Coaching allows him to remain connected to the game he loves while passing on the knowledge and lessons he gained throughout his own journey.
