$500 Team Commitment Payment.
The $500 commitment payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.This payment reserves the player's position on the team and allows the organization to cover expenses such as league registration, tournament entry fees, uniforms, facility reservations, and team operations.Once the commitment payment is received, the player's roster spot is considered reserved and unavailable to other players.If a player decides to withdraw from the team, is unable to participate due to personal reasons, injury, scheduling conflicts, relocation, or any other circumstance, the $500 commitment payment will not be refunded or credited.By submitting the commitment payment, the player and/or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this non-refundable payment policy.
