Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, with any non-refundable expenses already paid deducted from the refund. Once the season begins team dues are non-refundable because the team has already committed funds based on the player's roster spot. Uniforms, tournament fees, registrations, and other expenses already paid or ordered on behalf of the player are non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed individually by the team/organization. Any refund, if approved, will be based on expenses that have not already been committed or paid. Leaving the team does not automatically grant a refund as those funds have already been committed for the player.
By accepting a roster spot and making payment, families acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
