DUES PAYMENT

Venmo and Paypal WILL NOT be accepted.

What do my fees cover??

Team dues are collected to cover the costs of operating the team, ensuring every player has access to the necessary equipment, facilities, tournaments, and a well-organized season.  As teams get older and competition gets better, dues increase reflective of tournament cost.  We set the dues to make sure we have enough money to cover all the overhead as well as have operating money as situations occur throughout the year.  This allows efficiency and provides a baseball environment that players and parents can enjoy!

Common expenses covered by team dues include:

  • League or tournament entry fees

  • Uniforms (jerseys & hats; parents are responsible for their own socks, belt, pants)

  • Field maintenance (turface, dirt, rakes, bases, homeplate, sod, etc.)

  • Equipment (baseballs, nets, etc)

  • Team insurance

  • PG Sanctions / Web Fees

  • State Registration

  • Tax Registration / Compliance / Business License

  • Mounds

  • Game Changer

  • Maintaining a minimum bank balance (potential bank fine)

  • Destination tournament not included

However, families are still responsible for separate costs such as:

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Transportation

  • Meals during tournaments

  • Personal equipment (glove, cleats, bat, batting glovses, etc)

We do offer fundraising and sponsor opportunities to help offset the cost of the overall dues.  We are a registered non profit and donations are tax deductible from the grantor.
